A nozzle type of gas flush packaging heat seal equipment, FG-400 series, can easily handle a number of process sequences. All of this model’s operations are quiet and built with safety in mind. Impulse sealer parts for this model are available in accordance with your needs.

The FG series features fully adjustable vacuum gauges, with an adjusting dial. The dial allows for quick and easy vacuum degree changes when necessary.

Change-over switches that will allow the equipment to perform three functions:

1. Exclusive sealing—Sealing only
2. Vacuum & sealing—Air removal & sealing
3. Gas filling—Air removal, gas filling & sealing

Height and angle adjustment table The product table comes in 3 sizes depending on the pouch length requirement. The table is adjustable in height and angle by changing the location of two stays using the adjusting holes in the front of the cabinet.

The nozzle extends beyond the sealing and clamping mechanism so that the pouch can easily be inserted The space between the nozzle is easily adjustable. In cases where gas is used this design allows economical use. Sealing can be done in two sealing widths: 5mm or 10mm
